So You Think You Can Go To Jail
Early this morning in North Hollywood, one of the judges and choreographers for So You Think You Can Dance was arrested on four very difficult charges to accept. This isn’t the first we’ve heard about these charges however. An investigation has been on-going for quite some time now. Alex Da Silva has been arrested on four counts of rape with four different young women. There are eight charges in total for this man today. Four of rape, two accounts of assault, and two accounts of sexual penetration with a foreign object.
Da Silva is currently being held on $6.2 million in bail. All the victims of these crimes were those that he taught, and they were between the ages of 20-26 at the time the incidents are said to have occured. Something tells me we won’t see him walking the streets of North Hollywood or on So You Think You Can Dance any time soon. The series will return for a first ever fall season in the months to come.
