Buffy Makes A Comeback
Fans of Buffy The Vampire Slayer have been waiting to hear about a possible movie from the series. Sarah Michelle Gellar just a month ago said she was excited about making a comeback as the slayer, but now we know if a Buffy movie is made, it won’t be the work of Joss Whedon, and we won’t see Sarah Michelle Gellar back as Buffy.
In fact, we won’t see any of the characters from the television series pop up. This new Buffy movie will be a complete revamp and reboot of the story. Not too sure how I feel about that. Buffy first came to us in a movie before the series, but when people think of Buffy they don’t think of that movie. They think of Sarah Michelle Gellar’s Buffy.
This revamp would be similar to what Star Trek and Hulk. On the upside, we saw how well Trek has done, but on the flip side, we also see how revamping Hulk didn’t completely work. What do you think? Are you ready for Gellarless Buffy?
