The Bizarre: Michael Jackson & John Mayer
Two different stories caught my eye this morning in this bizarre celebrity world we live in and watch every single day. For those that don’t know, Michael Jackson is getting ready for a series of farewell concerts in London soon. Rehearsals start for the tour next week, but Michael is already hard at work in the dance studio with Kenny Ortego.
Now there is news that he has enlisted the help of illusionist David Copperfield to set up some tricks for these concerts. I have seen David Copperfield in person a number of times over the years, and he has always been a favorite of mine. I’m excited to see what he might do here for Jackson.
In other news, John Mayer is only getting stranger and stranger. In recent weeks, he broke up with Jennifer Aniston, and he headed off on cruise with some of his biggest fans. Now he is admitting that he made out with gossip blogger Perez Hilton. In fact, he told a bunch of fans he did this on his cruise this weekend. John? From Aniston to PEREZ? Oh dear God.
