Star Trek To Premiere First Down Under
There is a lot of news out of Hollywood this week, and these are just two of the stories that caught my eye. Star Trek is set for release in the United States on May 8th, but it will also make its way into theaters around the world starting May 6th. This movie is getting a truly global opening, but the first to see this movie? Australia.
The World Gala Premiere of Star Trek will happen on April 7th with JJ Abrams, Eric Bana, Karl Urban, and Chris Pine all ready to make an appearance at the premiere. Many are shocked by the world premiere of the movie happening out of the United States, but it is no big surprise to me with two of the movie’s stars coming from down under. In other news, Star Trek star, Chris Pine, is looking to possibly take on the role of the Green Lantern. What do you think of this move by Paramount? Are you ready for the premiere of Star Trek?
