Jackman: Cleo, Guardians and Wolverine
Hugh Jackman was one of the sexiest men of 2008. In 2009, we will see him next up in X-men Origins: Wolverine which will hit theaters in May. He had been in talks for the next picture by Steven Soderbergh, Cleo, but now he has dropped out of talks for the flick. Cleo is set to be a #-D live action telling of Cleopatra. Jackman was set to star alongside Catherine Zeta-Jones in the musical.
Jackman does have another project in the works though. He will take one of the voices in Zack Snyder’s Guardians of Ga’Hoole. This one is set for release in July, 2010, and it comes from the people behind Happy Feet. Not only that, but Jackman fans have a new Wolverine image to drool over. Any movie with Hugh Jackman in it is a winner to me. My husband teases me that I’m going to run off and leave him for Jackman, and who knows, maybe I will!
