I really loved this episode and you're right - it seems to be back to the heart of the show. There was a monster-of-the-week, but the main plot was still advanced very subtly. Did you catch the little flicker of white in Sam's eye right at the end? So was that a case of Ghost fever still somewhat effecting Dean, or is Lilith really possessing Sam in some way? So many questions raised!

And the outtake had me almost peeing my pants it was so funny!
