Another Monday morning is upon us, and that means it is time for my weekly look at the movies. Walt Disney came in and topped the box office this week with its latest live action mix, Beverly Hills Chihuahua. This one features Piper Perabo with a cast of familiar voices as the dogs. One of those voices belonging to Drew Barrymore. The movie came in with an estimated $29 million. Eagle Eye, which topped the box office last weekend, came in second place with an estimated $17.7 million. The other big opener this week, Nick and Nora’s Infinite Playlist, came in third place with $12 million in earnings.

This week, we have the latest from Leonardo Dicaprio, Body of Lies, coming to theaters. Check back later today for pictures of Leonardo at the New York premiere of that flick. Quarantine also heads into theaters this week. As for DVD releases, we have You Don’t Mess With The Zohan and The Happening making their way onto DVD from the big screen. Small screen entrances onto DVD this week include Brotherhood, Ghost Hunters and The Simpsons. Music wise we have new offerings from The Pretenders, The Police and Michelle Williams.
